it questions it no doubt but it also doesn't say the story shouldn't be investigated. The story was investigated and those who had questions were shown to be correct. There's a reason we have a phrase called the "sniff test". We've all heard stories in our lives where our b.s. detector goes up. This was one.

You're right, no one said it shouldn't be investigated, least of all the liberals here. Both sides wanted an investigation, where we differed was in whether we thought it was a real or made-up event.

I still want to know why the brothers aren't being prosecuted, seeing as how they're every bit as responsible as Smollett for what happened. I get the impression that what they did doesn't matter to cons as long as they were able to help bring down Jussie.

What are liberals saying about the brothers? The story is about Smollett. I have no idea what tact the CPD are taking with the brothers or if they gave them immunity to sing.

No, Smollett didn't say that, the RW media did. Smollett claimed the attackers shouted "this is MAGA country" and the RWNJs immediately translated that to wearing MAGA hats.
