Why is he so disrespectful to the military?

According to the Truth REJECTOR from page 4 of this thread

 More civility from the lying leftist hypocrite that bitches about it. :rofl2:

He IS saying the players can't kneel during the Anthem.

They can't; unless they want their teams fined. Why do you think this means they can? If it were okay to take a knee during the anthem, why did the NFL rule that they cannot and must wait in the tunnel or they will be FINED? Do you translate that to mean "it's okay they can?" That's moronic.

But then, you do moron very well.

They aren't; they have been told to stay off the field and if they enter the field and take a knee, the owners will be fined. How is that "allowing" them to kneel? Please explain.

In the sense that there is no way to prevent then kneeling on the field, they are allowed to do it. They will face no personal consequences that I'm aware of, so I expect that many (if not most) of them will protest on the sidelines during the Anthem.

Actually, they can protest anywhere. The team will pay any fines incurred by their behavior.

That does mean it is okay does it? Was the NFL vague in their ruling? That they cannot take a knee and if they will not stand for the anthem, stay in the tunnel? I don't know how that translates to "they can protest anywhere".

You are one major dumbass aren't you?

There you go again; what is it about liberals and their desperate dishonesty? I clearly stated when they are on NFL property. How is that so difficult to comprehend?

Cornered and realizing he's gotten himself into something he can't bullshit his way out of, Truth REJECTOR decides to play semantic word games so he won't have to admit he lied.

:rofl2:

Cool, not seen one quite like that.. I have some in my backyard called Rose of Sharon.. I have this one & two other colors

It does not mean "it is okay".

It means that the NFL is not preventing players from kneeling, nor can they in any real sense, just as laws against theft cannot prevent thieves from stealing.

Does that make sense?

So which time were you lying?

Because your post quoted by the Truth REJECTOR in post #128 says "Nobody is saying they cannot kneel during the anthem."

And then TD's response AGREES with your statement.

So Truth REJECTOR was LYING, because he himself had JUST said they can't "bend a knee" during the anthem.

You two are so busy spinning your bullshit lies you can't even keep them straight.

 This is one confused lying hypocrite. :rofl2:

The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem.

During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.

They are NOT allowed to do it; that is why there are penalties and consequences. That would tantamount to saying that if you are speeding, you are allowed to even though the rules say you cannot. Dumb.

How is it a lie you moron? What you are trying to say is that even though speeding is against the rules, the fact that you can speed makes it okay. Only morons use that type of argument.

I see your point.

I think the term that confused me was "prevented".

It does not mean "it is okay".

It means that the NFL is not preventing players from kneeling, nor can they in any real sense, just as laws against theft cannot prevent thieves from stealing.

Does that make sense?

The police cannot prevent people from speeding, does that mean it is okay? Does that make sense?

The rules are not ambiguous; they are pretty clear. Players have to stand with helmets in hand and refrain from talking or there can be consequences.

You are correct.

I believe that is the case. Of course you cannot prevent a player from violating the rules, but there will be consequences just as you cannot "prevent" speeders from speeding except the threat of consequences. That does not make either "okay."

Wrong; I don't care if Trump got the words wrong. But you whiny, hypocritical, liberal assholes get triggered by such trivial things and that makes me laugh.

giphy.gif

Actually we find it hilarious that the man who brags endlessly about himself and how great he is and how nobody is better than him at just about everything...continually makes himself a liar when he fails miserably or shows his hypocrisy and or ignorance. It's hilarious but in a sad OMG this bragging self important ignorant buffoon is the president of this country kind of way.

Not "will"...but "SHOULD"

Not "WILL result"...but MAY result.

And there goes your whole argument.
