Why is he so disrespectful to the military?

No one is debating that Trump won the Electoral College. What we're debating is whether winning the Electoral College but not the popular vote translates to a popular mandate.

You're the only one mentioning that there's a "popular mandate", aren't you?

Hillary isn't POTUS.

I am content.

OK...so net-net from this is that the players can still kneel, but their teams will be fined if they do. So no one banned kneeling.

I didn't say anyone "banned kneeling", did I?

Do you often argue against a position that someone hasn't taken?

According to whom is there a mandate if you win the Electoral College, but not the Popular Vote?

The only "mandate" that matters is the power of the presidency, which is in the hands of Donald John Trump, as far as I know.

It isn't technical you brain dead moron.

Sure it is...technically, Trump won the election even though he lost the popular vote. By a lot.

But I get it, you're not familiar with the Constitution and why we do not have popular elections for President. Go back to grade school boy.

There is nothing in the Constitution that says you get a mandate if you win the Electoral College, yet lose the popular vote. Which Trump did lose...by a lot.

I am amused that you think the ideas espoused by the Democratic Party of the Jackass and America hating left are more popular. I guess you aren't aware that the Democratic Party of the Jackass is not in control of anything in DC, nor two thirds of the States in this great Republic.

Hillary Clinton got 2-3 million more votes than Trump.

Democrats have flipped 42 seats from Red to Blue since Election Day 2016

I'd say there's a blue tsunami coming in response to how unpopular Conservatives, Trump, and the GOP are.

Why, if your ideas are so great, is it Democrats only control the politics in seven states and NOTHING in Washington DC?

Because of gerrymandering.

If Obama was so admired and popular, why did he massively lose the House and the Senate in his first term?

Because of Conservatives lying, and gerrymandering.

Your ideas are neither popular, nor are they winning.

Clinton got 2-3 million more votes than Trump. She won the popular vote.

I thought it was stupid and based on a false narrative.

You think systemic police brutality is a false narrative? So...does that mean you don't think there's institutionalized racism among law enforcement that influences how they interact with minority communities?

I am taking bets from any lying liberal snowflake that Trump will never be impeached for anything. That bet is a permanent ban from this forum. This is my way of putting my rhetoric where it means something.

Are you up for it? I can have the mods set it up. So far, not one lying leftist snowflake has taken me up on it because they know they are full of shit. What say you? Are you going to be a pussy too?

Oh, I think Trump will quit and flee to Russia if impeachment proceedings commence. There's no way Trump will subject himself to that.

Again, it's not the owners, it's the NFL that says they will fine the teams if their players kneel. Try to keep up.

I didn't suggest otherwise, did I? Perhaps it's you that needs to keep up.

So are they always "on the clock", then? At what point are they not "on the clock"?

As I understand it, there is never a time when players under contract are not subject to League rules concerning their conduct. The NFL has a "morality clause".
