It was something of a hyperbolic statement. I'm sure he did from time to time and just because the MSM didn't report it, doesn't mean that didn't happen. Given Biden's massive cognitive decline it's a pretty sure thing.
The age? Probably. Towards the end of the Presidency. Now as to Trump? Something to watch. Not noticing it happening while "noticing" it happening to Biden is selective.
MAGAt logic: when Biden fucks up, it's dementia. When Trump fucks up, it's 5D chess.

Not in my case. Biden was and has always been a fuck up. He has a long history of bad decisions and being stupid.
Trump isn't some genius or something. The guy's a decent businessman and a complete asshole as a human being. When he fucks up it's because he's willing to take risks, make snap decisions, and not listen to advice from others. In short, he's a bulldozer.
That's not a great style to have as a President. It can lead to great things being forced on the government when others are indecisive or bureaucratic, but it can also bring disaster when the decision is bad.
Trump is an average leader with some bad qualities. Biden was a mediocre leader with few, if any, good qualities. Obama was Ferris Buhller.
Ferris was popular with everyone.

Yes, but Obama was also brutally manipulative and totally nonproductive. This is the one of the worst types of people you can put in charge of anything. You are given impossible tasks and when things go wrong, your boss the manipulator, is nowhere to be seen and takes ZERO responsibility. They do nothing themselves sluffing everything off on somebody else and doing it so smoothly you actually want to get it done. They expect everyone to simply accept their brilliance without question.
Bulldozers, like Trump, can create chaos but they also usually produce progress too. Bulldozers make people around them insane because they demand too much from everyone including themselves. They come up with the most outrageous ideas. If those ideas work, it's fantastic! If they don't it's like going down in flames. There's no in-between. They expect everyone to put in a death march to Hell and get stuff done.
Biden on the other hand, was a waste of skin. He was, and I'd assume still is, stupid, mean, and clueless all at once. People like that are dangerous to be around when they're in charge. They're toxic. They tell you to do obviously stupid things you know will fail. If you don't try, you get beat down. If you do try and, as expected it fails, it's totally your fault and you get beat down. You hate working near, around, or for this asshole. They'll call you in and berate you endlessly while telling you to do stupid stuff you'll get blamed for. They have no clue what they're doing, and you are going to suffer for their failure.
Obama good, Biden bad and Trump a train wreck that some can profit from.
