You can't call a POC names. You can only call the McMichaels names.
Nobody blasted a petty thief. Someone blasted an assailant.
What's your point, that there are no high-top Nikes?
I got a pair of Timberland knock-offs a couple of years ago when they were the fashion, and they are tight at the ankle. All the ones I've seen men wear are also tight at the ankle.
They look like high-top running shoes to me. What makes you think they're boots?
Wait a minute, the gomers, two of them, jump out of the vehicle to confront the kid because they think, repeat think, he is a thief, holding a gun and you think the kid is the assailant?
Maybe you don't know what the difference between "high-top running shoes" and "Nike sneakers" is.
Since you buy cheap knockoffs, it's hard to blame you, much.
All footwear is tight at the ankle when you have cankles.![]()
The usual reason. I'm content to let his community figure it out.
It makes good financial sense to pay less for items you're buying only to follow a current fad.
I think the man who attacked Mr. McMichaels is an assailant.
BTW, is "gomer" a pejorative you'd apply to a POC?
The McMichaels don't deserve respect after doing what they did on camera. It would be hard to claim presumption of innocence.
It would be hard to claim presumption of innocence.
The guy jumped out of the truck holding gun and confronted the kid, and you think that guy is the victim here?
The guy jumped out of the truck holding gun and confronted the kid, and you think that guy is the victim here?
Really? You're OK with calling people derogatory names if you don't like something they did?

I don't know how to tell you this, but every accused is entitled to the presumption of innocence in American jurisprudence. That's why defendants charged with a crime don't have to prove they are innocent, and why prosecutors have to prove defendants are guilty as charged.

I don't recall saying Mr. McMichaels was a victim. He might have been, had he not defended successfully himself against assault, which he is entitled to do.
Trying to disarm someone who just shot at you is not assault.
Then explain it to me.
