He laid no groundwork. His was an unorthodox candidacy that worked because people wanted change, he successfully painted his opponent as a criminal, and it's very difficult for any party to win 3 Presidential elections in a row.

There is no red wall. There are only demographics that are disappearing for the GOP. What is their plan to change that one?

And while I agree that people racebait too much, racism was - without a doubt - a key element of this particular campaign.

I think you should probably take a closer look at the demographics of who voted for trump and compare them to who voted for obama, then place the blame for trumps victory squarely in the laps of the DNC where it truly belongs. Other than that, yes please resist, resist, resist. gridlock in government means less freedom being taken away from us.

Respectfully brother, Trump's win defies all logic and common sense. It's more a demonstration of the desperation of right-wing whites then a failure of the DNC .. although I don't hold them blameless.

Trump and right-wing white Americans are on stage .. and the whole world will be watching. That may indeed be a better outcome from this election then Hillary winning and listening to those same right-wingers whining on and on about all they see wrong with her.
