See ya, Matt

As someone else pointed out, above, there is no "due process" when it comes to an employer-employee situation. If the allegations become a criminal matter then of course due process and evidence and the rest of the legal machinery must be set in motion before "punishment" can be meted out.
I used due process as meaning standardized procedure. This is willy-nilly hit or miss.
Firing someone is punishment.

Did you feel this way about Bill Cosby?

All of those women that had sex with Cosby were adults, were they so pathetic that they had absolutely no idea about Qaaludes? Many people over here used Mandrax, the UK name for methaqualone, to relax and make sex more enjoyable yet these professional women seemingly knew nothing ffs.

I tend to give the benefit of the doubt, till proof.
Many men and women would think nothing of ruining someone's life, because they didn't like them,or a relationship went sour.

You voted for an employer to be able to fire anyone it wants, for what ever reason, or no reason at all.

Corporations rule.

we've let women in the clubhouse and as anyone could predict they've ruined everything. we were fine without them. now they can get anyone fired with the threat of crocodile tears.

Can't help thinking that men will be especially wary to hire good looking women on future. What a crazy fucked world we are entering, it is truly beyond parody.

Funny I sorta foresaw this coming from Matt. Maybe a few others. It must be weird to cover the story for many of these square haircut square jaw guys, knowing your head is next on the chopping block.

It's like a turkey covering Thanksgiving.

"And up after this commercial break, me, in trouble for sexual harassment, hey did I read that right?"

This is truth

So you think it is just fine and dandy for a woman to go to HR with a cock and bull story and get someone fired? Because that is exactly what you seem to be saying!!

I agree, it doesn't. Which is why anyone who voted Trump or Clinton has no business deriding those who voted for the 'other' one. One bragged about grabbing women, the other protected a serial predator.

Guys like Bill Clinton don't need to be predators, women throw themselves at men like him.
Monica is a good example.
If a man pursues a woman does that make him a predator?
If so,Gay and lesbian is the new norm!

If you think that you aren't thinking with the right head. The one they think with will be unaffected by down the road consequences, I can assure you.
I had a lawsuit once and it involved a temp service. One of the repeat employer customers was quoted in a deposition telling the temp to hire joint that
"if she isn't a perfect 10, don't bother sending her over" And this wasn't a modeling gig, it was a degreed profession. It wasn't a sexual harassment lawsuit,
but like Whitewater, lawsuits take turns.

Dipping the pen in the company ink is a recession proof industry.

I can't speak for other liberals, but I tend to err on the side of the person who states that he or she was assaulted until proven otherwise. Yep, it's the opposition of "innocent until proven guilty." But there you go. I have no reason to doubt the women who have accused Weinstein and Conyers.... particularly not when it isn't just one instance but dozens. I also have no reason to doubt the women who have accused Gropingfuehrer or Moore.

Tell that shit to the Duke Lacrosse team that lost their season and the coach that resigned over false accusations.

Your statement supports what I've said about Liberals believing the serious of the accusation is more valuable that supporting it with proof. If you make something sound bad enough, to you idiots, it has to be true.

It's not what she seems to be saying. It's what she IS saying. She's the kind that has no problem with situations like that of the Duke lacrosse team who lost the remainder of their season and their coach resigning due to what turned out to be serious enough but blatantly false claim against them. To idiots like her, it's OK for those not guilty to suffer consequences for something they didn't do as long as those that actually did it get what they deserve.

Looks like FEMOCRATS are running a scam to get men they dislike out of the way with only a few words as proof.

Didn't FEMOCRATS coin the term 'toxic masculinty'?

I wonder if the mantra message "mistrust all men" will give the world a pussy posse ticket in 2020. Perhaps Pocahontas/Kamala?
