See ya, Matt

The outrage here and at large from those who think that these guys were either wrongfully-accused or not given due process is the foul and fetid exhalations of the dying dinosaurs.

Not that I have vast experience with this, but from my limited experience of observation, a dude doesn't get fired from a job for mere innuendo and spurious allegations. There generally seems to be thorough and diligent investigations into these matters. They sure as hell are not likely to let heavy hitters like O'Reilly, Ailes, and Lauer go on the basis of mere unsubstantiated assertion

Why don't you tell the board how I came on to you and you spurned my advances because you learned I had uterine cancer, dumb shit?

No. I never said you came on to me. Don’t know if you have/had uterine cancer or not

I don’t make up lies

I just know you betrayed your buddy

I also know you and Legion were besties now you aren’t.

Seems to be a pattern with you. Maybe it is you

WTH are you talking about? You wrote: "Didn't she bash them and defend her husband? Which Trump wife did that?"

If you want to make it about sexual assault, then Melania bashed women and defended her husband against assault claims. She did exactly what Hillary did.

Several women have since come forward and accused Mr Trump of sexual assault, which he denies.
"I know he respects women but he is defending himself because they are lies," Mrs Trump said in an interview with CNN.
"I believe my husband," she said. "My husband is kind and he is a gentleman and he would never do that."

Jesus christ what's wrong with you? Always turn so hateful over nothing.

What is this thread about and what was the topic I referred to?

You always turn to lies when called out for your stupidity, and then when called on lies say the other person is hateful.

Did evince take over your account?

She has "never ending stories"...for everything....Really..."never ending". One for anything that anyone posts here...
What a colorful life, right? This last one included....as you can, or anyone, can clearly see.
And she hates homeless puppies. Who hates homeless puppies?:)
Sounds like you’re a bit jealous. I like her stories.

Tell that shit to the 2006 Duke lacrosse team and former coach Mike Pressler. He was forced to resign and their season was canceled due to a "mere unsubstantiated assertion".

I take it as a badge of honor that a foul mouthed, sexist swine like you thinks I am an a-hole.
.

sexist?......what on earth makes you think I'm a sexist?......is it because I use the use the word "cunt"?........I don't think I've called anyone a lib'rul cunt more than you......it has nothing to do with your sex, fuckstick........

I've mentioned on here I was fired a month ago. I was working for a start up where they told us our Series B was coming for about six months and then one day it was 'no longer coming' and they laid off 3/4ths of the firm. They laid off the entire sales team of which I was a part. It was probably eight of us. They just called us in one by one and did it. All were male. I think seven were white and one was Hispanic.

Now say there was a different mix than that. Could the firm have done the same thing? (I would think yes because this is a start-up and you know, or ought to, the risk that most start-ups don't make it when you take the job). I'm assuming an Hispanic male is a protected class but I'm not sure. But this discussion made me think if the group had a larger black contingent in it, for example. Could they have fired the whole team then?
Sorry to hear that Po.

Thanks but it's ok. So many people work at start ups here dreaming of working for the next Google, Facebook etc. The reality is most of them fail. I've worked in corporate America before and done private individual investing. I wanted to try to the start up route. I went in eyes wide open.

I'm interviewing now and should have something here shortly (lol, at least I hope. this City isn't getting any cheaper living on savings)

Sorry, should have been more specific. Series B round of funding. Most firms start with seed money or a Series A round of funding. My firm had that. They told us for months the Series B was over subscribed blah, blah, blah. I knew they were full of sh*t, haha. So it was not a surprise at all when the layoffs came.
Trust me I know the feeling. I spent 12 years developing a new technology from proof of concept to full scale production only to have a handful of crooks destroy the company.

and what is your opinion of someone wrongly accused or who has been given no process at all?.........

sort of like Roy Moore, right?......thorough and diligent investigations......

If the accusation turns out to be false, along with having his job restored (if he lost it), I think the accused should have some sort of legal recourse against the false accuser. Monetary compensation would be a good start.

You?
