I think he grew into his role, certainly later in life. But really, he was Fredo for awhile.

The official cause of death listed by the coroner was "drowning" and the undertaker disagreed and guessed "suffocation"was more likely.
Both are pure conjecture as her body was never autopsied.

Tom latched on to this disparity of expert opinion to imply that she may have been purposely suffocated before being submerged.
No one would expect a body to be "full of water" in a car that was not completely submerged.

Tom hates all things Kennedy and may say anything.

A majority in CONGRESS defunded Nixon's private illegal war of carpet bombing on Laos and Cambodia.
Ted was one vote among many when the world found out what Nixon had been secretly and illegally doing.

The American people were rightly fed up with Nixon's illegal, immoral and unwinnable waste of American life and treasure.
