Actually I am not conceding anything. I put the inputs in according to the calculator. You are trying to change it. Kennedy was legally drunk according to what he drank that night as reported by himself and witnesses. I have no doubt that he probably drank even more than that that night based on his history of drinking. You being a raging alcoholic yourself leading to your failing health should know all too well that alcoholics don't know how to moderate. Kennedy was legally drunk. Period. End of story.
