Democrats think they are above the law. Obama illegally wiretapping Trump is an example of that.
People’s like you, who think they understand something like the law, but don’t, are dangerous.

Yes, we're all aware that the FEC says that if the expenditure has anything to do with the campaign that Trump SHOULD have used campaign funds to pay her. But, what if it didn't? It could have been purely personal, stopping further distress and embarrassment to his wife and family. In that case the payoff was a personal expense so, campaign funds were NOT used.
Same with the two people that spawned you. Only problem is that the best part of you ran down yo mama's leg.

is it possible to forum shop for a warrant with a judge with liberal leanings? Similar to how challenges to Trumps eos come mostly from the ninth district?
For example do you believe one judge would grant a warrant while another would not?
That raid will end up being the single most important item in the very long "Trump is dirty" litany.
All the people who had to sign off on that thing were convinced it was an appropriate move. They had to be convinced there was significant evidence of a CRIME...and that there was significant evidence that it might be destroyed if not obtained this way.
BIG NEWS!

What crime could it possibly be though? The comments on the tape are vulgar and crude, but they're not criminal. Or was there more on the tape that *could* be considered criminal, and thus a rationale for getting the search warrants so that they could get to the real crimes -- fraud, money laundering, etc.?
Jarod;2313751[B said:]There also could’ve been some sort of bribery or extortion attempt to prevent the tape from coming out. [/B]Remember NBC had the tape all along,But didn’t release it. The tape did not get released until CNN got a copy of it.
That’s the question, it COULD be many things... it could be discussions about extortion, bribery or illegal money used to keep the tape secret... it could be wire fraud or illegal collusion... only the United States Attorney for Manhattan, and the judge signed the warrant who know for sure at this point.
I'm wondering if the Stormy affair plus the tape was the justification that got them in the door where now they have access to much, much more. While I'm extremely pleased to see Trump go down in flames (and hopefully to prison), that rationale bothers me on some level. It doesn't seem quite kosher, to use what amounts to petty sin, to justify the rest of it. It's very much like the (R)s spending untold years and $$ investigating Clinton, only to nail him for lying about the BJs with Monica.
So if I've got this right, the Trump sycophants are saying: There is absolutely nothing there. Trump has committed no crimes...so we want the investigation terminated because...
...because...
...because...
...ahhh...BECAUSE!
Have you seen the film Minority Report, sounds to me that's what you want. If Trump was committing tax evasion and money laundering don't you think the IRS would have noticed by now? Hillary Clinton was let off for heinous breaches of security and blatant disregard for the handling of sensitive emails but you just gave her a pass ffs. They have yet to come up with a good reason... they basically are saying...
You should not investigate is someone committed a crime or not unless you already have proof they committed a crime.

I have never ever mentioned Benghazi, excepting I thought it was a nothing burger. Anyone in the military who did even a fraction of what she was up to would be serving time in Leavenworth, so stop being a dick and admit that.1) Plenty of people commit tax evasion and money laundering for many years and do not get caught until something happens, see Paul Manafort.
2) Hillary Clinton breached security protocol and disregarded proper handling of some emails, but I agree with the investigation report and sound reasoning that it did not rise to the level of criminal conduct. If the investigation into Rump comes up with sound reasoning that he did not do anything that rose to the level of criminal conduct I will abide by that.
3) You were fine with years of investigation into HRC over Benghazi with no specific claims about wrongdoing on her part, that investigation expanded into the email investigation which certainly made her effort to be president much harder.

I mean holy shit, some dumbfuck got sent to jail for taking some pictures inside a nuclear sub. The poor bastard destroyed all the evidence but they still nailed him, does that sound familiar?

So you don't accept the report of the investigators in HRC's case, funny on one hand you claim prosecutors are out to find something no matter what, but don't agree when they find nothing on a candidate you don't like.
Military justice is different than civilian justice and they have different rules, for good reason.
Hillary never called the multitude of investigations into her a witch hunt, she did not whine all over Twitter all day, she did not refuse to testify... in fact she testified for 11 hours straight on camera in public.
Really so some poor sod gets thrown in the slammer for taking half a dozen pics, which he then destroyed. Yet Clinton kept an illegal and insecure email server, without even a firewall and containing classified emails, wide open to hacking, but nothing happened. So you don't accept the report of the investigators in HRC's case, funny on one hand you claim prosecutors are out to find something no matter what, but don't agree when they find nothing on a candidate you don't like.

I agree that in the Lester Holt interview Rump basically admitted to obstruction of justice.
We all know Rump does not care about distressing his wife and family.
