Do you even read or comprehend? I said if we take out a rogue we must be prepared to stay and keep the peace till a government is established that is stable and can defend itself. Iraq is a example we took out Saddam's government then because it took longer than the American people liked we pulled out only to have to go back and fight all over again. No sport our young warriors deserve better than that! Maybe you don't mind spilling the blood of our troops needlessly but I do.

Emmanuel Macron and Theresa May have their own political problems...and they used Donald Trump (and his sycophants) to theri best political advantage.

My guess is they invested next to nothing in treasure...and they get the same benefits Trump did from the heavy load we carried.

You do understand that these terrorist groups go by numerous names in that part of the world and all have loose ties to each other. In fact "On 31 October 2011, the United Nations mandate authorizing international military action in Libya was lifted, and NATO's Operation Unified Protector formally ended, in spite of requests by the NTC for military assistance to continue." So in this case it was the UN. But anyway that action paved the way for "United States Ambassador to Libya J. Christopher Stevens, to be killed when the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi came under attack. U.S. officials said heavily armed extremists had laid siege to the consulate using "military-style tactics".

I don't know if is being duped if you know what's going on. True, we didn't have much of a choice. A response had to be made. We have no information that Vlad ordered this.

Certainly Trump is going to get a bump in approval ratings for this. And just as certainly there will be more scandalous news, either about him, or out of his tweeting fingers, which will once again crash his approval ratings back to 40% or below. The danger is if he gets the idea that ordering military attacks is an automatic rating bump.

Jesus.. Don't you know there was NEVER any US consulate in Benghazi? No consulate, no consular officers, no diplomatic mission and no Marine Guard.

Shayrat was an abandoned airstrip at the time.. and they were back in business 2 days later.
