the only scholarship anyone needs from Revelation is "Jesus will return"......

Several things stuck out:

1) Jesus will return from Heaven to rule and won't be alone as He'll by accompanied by thousands of angels
2) It will be triumphant and bring about the defeat of the enemies of God
3) We won't know the time
4) It will be visible and audible universally and everyone will know who He is and what is happening
5) It won't be like when he came the first time humbling himself

I've explained the key points you need to take from Revelation. I left one out that you should be more concerned about than the others.

The wicked won't have the guts to look at the face of Christ and will be destroyed. You have something unpleasant to look forward to. Good luck.

Most people are not wicked.. Most people try to live according to Christian beliefs in what would Jesus do.... Charity, compassion, tolerance, kindness.

Unless you're a Liberal and confuse supporting having the government mandate someone else financially fund something you want in place calling that compassion and charity.

Unless you're a Liberal and someone supports something you don't like so you try to justify how it's OK to not be tolerant.

Original sin was NOT doctrine until the third century AD.. Jews and Muslims do not believe in the sins of the father being visited on the sons.

My comment referred to people gloating about the number of people killed by guns and saying these deaths don't matter as long as the 2nd amendment is preserved.
