It'd make it simple for liberals in government to leak info to the liberal media, who'd doxx registered gun owners, so they could be targeted by crazies and thieves who want to steal guns and ammo.
It's already happened.

Liberals won't let anything "be done".
They use these tragedies as political ammunition to bash their opponents, knowing full well that additional restrictions on guns don't stop murders and will only hamstring those who decide to comply with the law at any given moment.
But that would upset liberals, wouldn't it?
BTW, I oppose the death penalty because mistakes in conviction are possible.
I wish otherwise intelligent people wouldn't do this.
If you want to put someone on "ignore", fine. Why advertise it? I suspect that many times posters who say "I have so-and-so on ignore" actually don't, or they'll log out to see what the other person posted anyway.

How do in-depth background checks, including mental health, tracking ownership of guns, product liability, etc. affect those who "comply with the law"? Just make you wait a little longer for your popgun?

He did? He took guns that didn't belong to him to school despite it being a gun-free zone, and committed illegal murders. Tell me which of your proposals for new laws would have prevented that?

I don't know how old you are but when I was younger we didn't have school shooting drills at school. Not did we have media coverage like we do today. Again, just facts nothing political. Do your liberal thing but don't try and call me out with your projecting/

There is no support for your claims. As video games have grown in popularity violent crime rates have fallen. There is more support for the idea that it reduces violence.
I did not claim you made a point about video games.
If you are 45 then I am a year older than you and our generation had juvenile crime rates that surpass todays. There were many school shootings.
