I have noticed posting size seems to be inversely proportional to intelligence. Just an observation that seems to hold true with a bull in the avatar.
I blocked Truth Deflector because I am not going to scroll through his childish run- on posts. He takes up a page and has one line insults on every one. Fuck that.

I have never blocked someone because I prefer to actively ignore them, but his posts are so stupidly partisan and/or just plain stupid and require a lot of scrolling, I might block him too.
Donald Trump cannot have obstructed justice because he is America's top law enforcement officer, his lawyers have argued according to leaked 20-page memo.
The letter sent in January from Mr Trump’s legal team to Robert Mueller, the special counsel leading the Russia investigation, was obtained by The New York Times. It argued that Mr Trump is the country’s “chief law enforcement officer” and therefore claims of obstructing justice “would amount to him obstructing himself”.
. . . .
In the letter, Mr Trump’s lawyers argued: “The President’s prime function as the Chief Executive ought not be hampered by requests for interview. Having him testify demeans the Office of the President before the world.”

I think he's going for some kind of record. He did 12 posts in 12 minutes earlier today.![]()
The top law enforcement officer in the US is the Atty General. He is not the presidents atty.
Moron doesn't know the AG is appointed by, and serves at the pleasure of the President. Liberals really are THAT fucking dimwitted.

Technically speaking he is the boss of the chief law enforcement officer.
He can fire him, but he does not tell him what to do. The president does not run the Justice Dept. It is not in his purview.
Moron doesn't think the President dictates policy at Dept of Justice.
Yeah right dumbass; the President is a FIGUREHEAD. DUH!He can fire him, but he does not tell him what to do. The president does not run the Justice Dept. It is not in his purview.
The President is in charge of the executive branch. It most certainly is within his purview.
It is the office and the order. If I am the Commander of a Marine Company, I can order them to do anything I want to, including going out and getting shot, but, if I order them to pillage a village and keep the stuff for me, then, even though ordering them to do something is legal and part of my duty, I am responsible for ordering them to do things illegal. I would end up having a courts-martial. Trump can order the executive branch to do stuff, but not illegal stuff.
Not to quibble, but every soldier is duty bound to refuse to obey illegal orders.
As it would be the AG. Now you get it.
