Florida Stand Your Ground Law Causing Needless Deaths - part deux

He was not armed. Zimmerman should not have confronted him. If you want we can put this discussion on a more hypothetical level, because no one who really understands the ethical use of deadly force defends Zimmerman. I carry most days, my job those days is not to kill anyone. If I have to some day, thank God I have a firearm to defend my self or someone else. Shooting a kid with chips and a soft drink is not the reason I carry a firearm.
If you want to speak ethics, then Trayvon shouldn't have acted so violently.

But you seem to forget that it was Trayvon who confronted Zimmerman and then armed himself with the sidewalk and was aggressively attacking Zimmerman.

Alright I am bored, I had hoped for some sort of intelligent discussion of use of deadly force. But yea, Martin attacked Zimmerman with a sidewalk, you go. Again this stupid stuff is why, someday, we will lose or rights to carry. You go.

Then you should have chosen your subject matter more carefully and restrained yourself from posting lies.

The ability to reason is a great & immense gift - the end result of billions of years of evolution.

It's a shame to waste it.

Strive to be better. We're all pulling for you.

What's the matter, don't you like being reminded of your past. :D

An unarmed minor was killed with a firearm by an adult who should have been in his SUV until the police got there. What would you like to call it?

First off; why should he have stayed in his SUV until the Police came?

Secondly; Trayvon was killed, in self defense, while assaulting someone

Z was creating a situation that he had to shoot someone, and that is absolutely the best case scenario if everything Z says is true. Again, I could take my firearms downtown tonight and walk around until some one tried to steal my watch and shoot him. You do understand that legally I could probably get away with it, but ethically I murdered the guy...right?

There you go lying again; because you're trying to equate your opinion and assumptions to FACTS.

It doesn't matter to me. Zimmerman was on the telephone with the authorities, who told him to stand down.

Other than walking while black, why was Zimmerman following Martin?

A dispatch office is not authorized to issue commands to anyone, so once again you're just trying to base your opinion of an assumption.

If you haven't bothered to educate yourself on the time line, then you won't accept any answer from me.
