Idea is antiquated, already close to sixty three percent of the population live in cities, and the numbers are increasing, if your State doesn't have a major metropolitan area, or several for that matter, it is becoming less relevant

no it's not. Middle America is just that. Middle income, culture, values.
Believe it or not there are many black people raising families and working the American dream all across the country.
In fact the south doesn't have the urban ghettos of the north.
