Actually? After yesterday's outbursts, Bart made it clear that he isn't qualified for the seat. He doesn't have the demeanor necessary to sit on the SC.

Correct. Quite often, qualifications don't matter. It's usually a 'who you know' affair.

True...but the SC starts a new session very soon. They want him seated for the first case, which will set precedent to protect trump and his klan from prosecution.

McConnell knew there were issues? Actually, I may not disagree with that, wouldn't surprise me to learn that McConnell doesn't want Kavanaugh on the SC.

I really don't give a fuck if you believe reality or not. He tried to warn Don off of this, but Don's an idiot, and he doesn't see anything wrong with going at women this way, it's his stock and trade.

The only questioned that needs to be answered is whether or not he can properly apply the Constitution during court cases. I believe his record confirms that beyond any doubt.

If you take all the the Ford business out of this, he lied during these hearings repeatedly. And yup, to many that is no issue at all.
