What Schumer could not do...was contain his laughter.

I think he did not want to look as if he were laughing in the abomination's face...although what he was doing was laughing in the abomination's face.

He was doing what people do all the time when faced with a situation where laughter cannot be suppressed ...looking away to avoid laughing out loud.

I was having a hard time not laughing out loud looking at Schumer trying not to laugh at Trump.
 
The smart way to eliminate illegal immigration is to make it very difficult for employers to hire them. Putting people like trump that hire illegal aliens in prison or fining the s*** out of them would go a long way towards that.
