18 U.S.C. § 1503 defines "obstruction of justice" as an act that "corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice."

Then, without lying, tell us why Trump fired Comey. You can also comment on the myriad of tweets trying to subvert the Mueller investigation.

Focus on the words “endeavors to influence, obstruct or impede”

I know that you claim to desperately want to "read" the report, but lets be honest you won't. They claim that it is 400 pages. I doubt any of the leftists on this board will actually "read" the report. They including yourself will breathlessly wait until Rachel Maddow has her staff read it (she won't) and then tell you what to regurgitate. You will dutifully do so with your other left wing friends and parrot word for word what the Democrat Media Industrial Complex tells you to say and you won't stray from it. But read it? No you won't read it. You have no intention of reading it.

Like I said, I don't need to read it. I have heard enough in the public record to know that Trump did not collude with Russia. I know that he did not try to obstruct justice. He gave Mueller everything he wanted and needed. At no time did Trump take any actions to try to stop the investigation. None. If he had, it would have been reported on by now.

So far your only lame attempt at accusing Trump of obstruction is firing Comey. Well, if that is all you have then you have even less reason to read the Mueller report. What do you think the Mueller report is going to tell you about the Comey firing that you don't already know?

There were two witnesses to Comey’s firing: Trump and Comey. Nearly everything else that can be known about it is already public knowledge. As is Meeting Gate.

The ‘didn’t actually obstruct’ argument is just one of the strikes against an obstruction indictment. The other *glaring one* is there was no underlying crime—there was no conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia.

And it only gets worse: I would give it about an 80% probability that one of principle actors in the origin of the Russian investigation [the investigation Trump supposedly obstructed] gets hit with an indictment *for the role they played in the investigation*.

If House Democrats want to chase after that—go ahead lol.

I think it very likely that the hammer is about to drop on those who perpetrated this hoax.

I posted an OpEd from the left with USA Today pointing out that this was a colossal fuck up by the FBI/DOJ.

In order to get a FISA warrant you have to be damned sure of what you are talking about. They don't just issue those willy nilly (or maybe they do). Too much deference was given to the FBI/DOJ. They never thought they would get caught because they thought Hillary would win and knew she would never investigate. As such, they never thought to cover their tracks.

This all started with Brennan and Obama
