Sooner or later, one of these abortion bills is going to force the Supreme Court to get some guts and re-examine the Roe vs Wade decision. When they do, they must remember the 10th and 11th Amendments to the Constitution which nullifies Roe vs Wade, thereby turning jurisdiction back to the States. It’s gonna happen!
