Trump's really really really really really really bad day gets FAR worse

Where does the 4th Amendment say the Government is prohibited from making public papers that were submitted to them? Papers they already have?

How in the world is releasing information they already have a search or seizure?

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects,[a] against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

the congress is seizing it, without foundation for doing so. without probable cause.

you poor little whiny excuse for a man, why don't you get a life
you still babbling about collusion? :rofl2: dear God panty boy grow up

Listen up!

Any wart-faced witch with green hair growing out of her nose like you- can use a picture of some attractive person's picture to misrepresent themselve's to others here in this forum. Lying and deception is your game- right up front witch- We get it!

Do you really think anyone here thinks that that picture is of you?

BLAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

They are not seizing it, and even if they were, they are not seizing it from an individual, they are "siezing" it from another branch of the Government.

Not Constitutionally protected.

I would agree they cant take it from Trumps living quarters without a warrant.

the government has an extra responsibility to guard your privacy.

How does that make this a 4th Amendment issue?

If NY releases the tax returns, who would they have seized it from? Other than Themselves?

Set your hatred of Trump aside for a minute. Do you really want this set as a political precedent? Do you really want state legislatures doing this?

so is there no presumption of privacy between individuals and government institutions? is this a road you want to go down?
