If there was no actual obstruction there can't be a charge for criminal ACTS.

Mueller answers to the executive DoJ AG - Mueller gave his report - Barr released it.
Barr is under no obligation whatsoever to release the Mueller working docs.

Congress can try to get it from POTUS - good luck with that!!

Ok, Barr wont release the important part of the report (I wonder why) so Congress must investigate and issue subpoenas. Stop claiming there is no basis for them to investigate.

Muller never said he found insufficient evidence to prosecute.

cite ANY obstructive ACTS by Trump during the investigations - there were none.

These events need to be hashed out, Trump is invoking executive privilege to prevent the background information from being shared with Congress, so their own investigation is necessary.

These are very likely impeachable offences that Congress MUST INVESTIGATE.

LMAO

The 'important part of the report'??? He released almost the entire thing. The majority of what was redacted relates to ongoing grand jury cases that he is not allowed to release... BY LAW.

The redactions were done WITH the Mueller team.

For a lawyer you have a poor grasp of the law.
