investigate until your little troubled hearts desire,
let me know how that works out for you in 2020

Trumps Attorney William Barr said that, so what. We need an independent organization to investigate this. Its Congress's duty and the Courts will agree.
Stop claiming that there is nothing to investigate and that the subpoena's are invalid because they do not have a reason to investigate and I will stop pointing out what there is that warrants investigating.
no obstructive ACTS = no obstructon. Trump can bloviate all he wants. Not resolved. Trump has refused to release any of the background information. They only have what Mueller wrote, and he did not resolve the issue of obstruction. It must be investigated.
They have a duty of oversight.

If there was no actual obstruction there can't be a charge for criminal ACTS.
Mueller answers to the executive DoJ AG - Mueller gave his report - Barr released it.
Barr is under no obligation whatsoever to release the Mueller working docs.
Congress can try to get it from POTUS - good luck with that!!
Your man Mullet told Barr to make the final call because HE FOUND INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO PROSECUTE.
Barr & your man Rosenweasel agreed on the conclusion and Mullet did not disagree with them. Done.
Muller never said he found insufficient evidence to prosecute.
cite ANY obstructive ACTS by Trump during the investigations - there were none.Who says there are no obstructive acts?
Ok, Barr wont release the important part of the report (I wonder why) so Congress must investigate and issue subpoenas. Stop claiming there is no basis for them to investigate.

Did he tell Barr to indict/prosecute?
I keep hearing, there is nothing to investigate:
1. Trump asked the FBI director to stop investigating Michael Flynn, who had been his campaign adviser and national security adviser, and who had already committed a crime by lying to the FBI. That should be investigated.
2. After AG Sessions recused himself from the Russian investigation on the advice of DoJ ethics lawyers, Trump directly asked Sessions to reverse his recusal so that he could retain control over the investigation and help the president. That should be investigated.
3. Trump directed the White House counsel, Don McGahn, to have Special Counsel Mueller removed on the basis of pretextual conflicts of interest that Trump’s advisers had already told him were “ridiculous” and could not justify removing the special counsel. That should be investigated.
4. When that event was publicly reported, Trump asked that McGahn make a public statement and create a false internal record stating that Trump had not asked him to fire the special counsel, and suggested that McGahn would be fired if he did not comply. That should be investigated.
5. Trump asked Corey Lewandowski, his former campaign manager, to tell AG Sessions to limit the special counsel’s investigation only to future election interference. Trump said Lewandowski should tell Sessions he was fired if he would not meet with him. That should be investigated.
These events need to be hashed out, Trump is invoking executive privilege to prevent the background information from being shared with Congress, so their own investigation is necessary.
These are very likely impeachable offences that Congress MUST INVESTIGATE.
ROFL.. "Trump asked" is not a act.. surely you understand criminal law?Sure, see the opening post on this very thread. Some of the acts are listed.
he left that decision up to Barr. case closedDid he tell Barr not to indict/prosecute?
(Oh, you would not know because you chose to remain ignorant and not read it.)

You don't get indicted for what you say absent any concurrent acts
LMAO
The 'important part of the report'??? He released almost the entire thing. The majority of what was redacted relates to ongoing grand jury cases that he is not allowed to release... BY LAW.
The redactions were done WITH the Mueller team.
For a lawyer you have a poor grasp of the law.
did Mueller really use that term "opportunities for obstruction?" WTF kind of prosecutor says shit like that??A SP must determine whether there is sufficient evidence to indict. Mullet didn't.
He only found "opportunities for obstruction". He punted to Barr & Rosenweasel.
