Heads up Teabillies - the gubmint's a comin for your small dick compensators

Yes, it is clearly murder... in the vast majority of cases, anyway. Protecting the life of the mother is definitely an exception. Rape cases are also often argued to be an exception.

This is also the current law concerning federal funding of abortions. This law, called the Hyde Amendment, was an amendment to the abortion laws. It is still in effect, though the Democrats are trying to repeal it (guess why?).

So I didn't bring it up, then, I was responding to you who brought it up!

Why is it so important for you to falsely frame this?

You're a fucking idiot and here's why: you said I was the one who brought up abortion, but then you quoted your own shit post where you brought it up first! Then you tried to say I brought it up, but you proved I didn't by posting my response to your shitpost.

Wow.

You are totally brain damaged.

Fuckface, I brought up infanticide. YOU brought up abortion.

What a fuckin' joke:

Conservative: I served in the Marines, therefore I have entitlement to say whatever bullshit I want.

Me: Oh word? What did you do in the Marines?

Conservative: I sat in an air-conditioned room and directed traffic. Never fired my weapon once because I was never in combat. In fact, I sat at a desk all day long and stared at a monitor.

Me: Thank you for your "service".

I do thank him for his service.
I thank all air traffic controllers for their service.

You are. You're going around saying Governor Northram is killing babies, but when pressed for details on that claim, you fucking clam up.

Truth is you don't know shit about any of this, you're just shitposting because you're insecure.

What a turd.

Please show the post where I said governor blackface is killing babies. I said he endorsed it, along with a link quoting him saying it. You are clearly an illiterate fucktard and a waste of precious Oxygen. You also never "pressed me for details". You simply said I didn't know the details. Stop lying you illiterate cocksucker.

Well, I'm doing it right here on this board, and there's not a fucking thing you can do about it.

I'm defining you as a domestic terrorist, zealot, and someone who rejects the democratic process when things don't go your way.

The United States is not a democracy. It is a federated republic.

Wrong again. It is protected speech. You can advocate anything you choose. If they deny anyone freedom or commit genocide they can be prosecuted but that is for their actions. Actions and speech are two different things.

Their speech is completely protected (although I guess I have to add I do not sympathize with their beliefs or you will claim I do).

My inherent position is to defend the constitutional rights for everyone.

The 1st amendment only applies to the federal government, dude. It is not binding on the States or to individuals.

You're the one twisting "Well regulated" to mean "not regulated at all".

Inversion fallacy. YOU are attempting to redefine militias as ONLY the organized militia. You are forgetting about the unorganized militia. You are also making a non-sequitur fallacy in trying to extend that to the rights of people, not the militia.

Until Gitlow v. NY in 1925 which extended speech to the states and other decisions which extended the other first amendment protections to the states. The court did not change the meaning of the Constitution, that was done through the amending process when the 14th was ratified.

The court does not have authority to change the Constitution of the United States.
The 14th amendment was not ratified in 1925. It is ratified now, but it wasn't in 1925. It was finally ratified in 2003. The numbering is therefore wrong, but...meh.

It has nothing to do with the 1st amendment anyway, and does not change the 1st amendment.

The 1st Amendment clearly restricts the states today and there are many 1st Amendment cases in which the courts struck down state laws as unconstitutional--speech, press, assembly, and freedom and establishment of religion.

The courts have also ruled on many cases using the 14th Amendment after its ratification in 1867--long before 2003 when you claim it was ratified.

No, it does not. The 1st amendment clearly is directed at Congress, not the States at all.

States can restrict speech, restrict the press, restrict assembly, and even establish a State religion if their own constitutions allow it.

I don't believe it. I doubt he understand which end to hold when he squeezes the trigger.

That's why I used the word "claims" instead of saying he is a gun owner.

If true, and that's still in question, I'd bet it was a .22 or something of similar caliber. He'd likely shit his pants if he fired my 500 S/W with the 9" barrel

Sounds to me those afraid on inanimate objects lack balls.

Anytime you're man enough to try and take away anyone's guns, step up.

If someone aims a gun at you, and you're not scared, there is something wrong with you.

And taking away your gun would be stealing. Unlike the Republicans, I believe in doing things the legal way. We will take guns away from unhinged people like you through changing the law.

It wouldn't be stealing if you're given permission to try by the one you say shouldn't have them. Using that excuse is your way of admitting you know better than to try.
