Retired teacher....(I did have many students who worked in the cafeteria.-and of course, duty on occasion;)..Most good teachers pay very close attention to the nutritional guidelines for the lunch and breakfast programs being served in their building. Hungry kids can't succeed, you know...It's a long school day if the school meals are their main meals...And your connection to the schools would be......................................? Inner city schools?
