Racism Has A Name

you're kinda creepy, and weak, almost like school girl weak.. Trump is your boogie man..

are you charging him to live in your head

and what is it with you nut**bags and your cartoons today, I'm beginning to think you read comic books for your educational advancement

What do you read?????

How is racism connected to immigration? Do certain races come from certain places? While most Mexicans are white for example, there are a few other races who are Mexican as well. Immigrants are not a race, they are many races.

^Laughable and pathetic diversionary tactics. Common with this asshole.

To the idea that "racism has a name" here's a series of four tweet's from NPR's Sam Sanders on racism and Trump. It's not a defense of Trump but a response to the idea that just one person embodies racism. He posted this the other day after the Democratic debate.

The problem with his logic is that there’s a difference between the racist rhetoric of some drunk asshole at the end of the bar and the same hateful rhetoric emanating from the President of the United States.

His premise is more than rhetoric so he's not talking about some guy at the end of a bar. He's saying racism has been here before Trump and will be here after Trump and singularly focusing on Trump won't change much regarding racism.

People are free to disagree with him but he's coming from a much bigger perspective on racism (the school example being one).

"Orange man bad"

This meltdown will only be complete in November, 2020. Should be epic.

Racism has been around forever. So, we just put up with the hateful rhetoric of the Liar-in-Chief that emboldens and encourages that kind of behavior?

Bullshit.

Did you read his four tweets? He’s not saying one has to tolerate Trump. He’s speaking on a much higher level. And saying one person is the face of racism completely misses the point.

I think you are pretending to be stupid. I'm pretty sure that you're not. But just in case you missed it: We are saying that Trump owns El Paso. His rhetoric and dog whistles gave the shooter the impetus that he needed to do what he did. Have you read his entire manifesto yet? I have.

Here, just for you:

HA! That's just more lib racism. Did you enjoy the 24 mass shootings under BamaBoy?

Posting silly cartoons now? You are mentally ill if you think Trump had anything to do with this.

The one person we refer to is the President of the most powerful country in the world. He’s the face of America, pal. Like it or not.

And that face of America emboldens and encourages racists. And gives them legitimacy.

Choose to miss his point, pal.

Sure didn’t. His point misses the point.

As a black man he misses the point about racism in this country? That’s an interesting take. Not to suggest in any way that because he is black he is automatically correct because he’s not. But if white folks are supposed to shut up and listen...

Trump never evokes race. The race baiting is the result of anti-Trumpers, who immediately conflate words such as “invasion” and “infestation” to certain races. They can’t help but do otherwise.

Not only did I not know his color, but I don’t care, either.

Racism exists. What we can do without is our nation’s leader fanning those flames. Let your pal address that point.

you ^^^ are the problem, and you don't even acknowledge it,
I suspect because you don't realize it

His picture’s on his tweet. Hard to read the tweet and miss that. And he’s speaking from a black perspective in America.

And a progressive (black) gay NPR reporter is now my pal? (Not that I wouldn’t be friends with someone based on that criteria but that’s quite a switch).

I pay as much attention to his tweet picture as I do the moronic avatars on this forum.

Good for his personal perspective.
