The dump wasn't in city limits, just outside. But no, they didn't say anything. I'd think they'd know pretty damn quickly since idiot shooters don't walk around with their weapons in the open all afternoon before they start shooting, do they?
I don't think too many responsible gun owners walk around with an AR or AK, I sure wouldn't unless I was going somewhere I could fire it (gun club, etc.), and I wouldn't be taking it into Walmart (or any store for that matter). I doubt the number of those who walk around with an AR or AK is as many as you think.

You are accomplishing nothing with that because silence in the constitution does not preclude the state from passing to laws on a subject. If the constitution was silent about

I've seen depositions and litigations where one side thought they had the other side because they could "read" them. And then they failed. Not always, but success is not a given.
