I’m not white washing anything. Preliminary investigations aren’t done in public. The case here is Congress is doing the initial investigations/depositions which are usually done in private. Now they are holding public testimonies. Republicans have always had access to both within the rules.

Depositions are done in private during criminal investigations, impeachment is not a criminal investigation and as such are held in the open. For classified or national security those sessions can be closed to the public but not to other members of the House. So yes you are trying to white wash this kangaroo court.
