I am a city person well familiar with sporting arms. My son, also a city person, has no interested in firearms whatsoever and he's familiar with firearms anyway through his military experience.

I'm a city person and had zero exposure to firearms until I joined the military. I'm pretty sure that my entire neighborhood was the same. A few had BB guns, but that was it. And the BB guns were treated like toys.

The NRA isn't propaganda. It is an organization dedicated to protecting the right of the citizen to bear arms. That right is already specified in the Constitution of the United States. The right is also inherent.

You still cannot accept that out of the some 300 million guns in the United States, only a couple of dozen were involved in a mass shooting. You still want to punish law abiding citizens for what a few criminals do.
