How much Mueller report should be in the impeachment articles and trial?

There has been ZERO obstruction to anything. Yes, the President has executive privilege and he and his staff cannot be compelled to say anything before the House unless, this is the BIG one, a CRIME has been committed. It is called separation of powers. The CONSTITUTION; read it.

Mueller report didn't list anything regarding obstruction. Here is the relevant testimony from Mueller himself:

Representative Doug Collins to Mueller: "at anytime during the investigation was your investigation curtailed, or stopped, or hindered?"

Muller: "no".

The little ignoramus doesn't even know that a judge recently ruled that a person MUST answer a Congressional subpoena. Once questioned they can then assert executive privilege on those questions pertaining.
