It is not logical to read the posts of those who have already shown disrespect. That would be like asking for more disrespect, which is pointless and not conducive to peace of mind and being one with the world.

Therefore it's not an Obstruction of Congress to resist a Congressional subpoena by taking it to court

How is it an enjoyable life if one doesnt considers making the lives of current and future generations enjoyable? Some people also consider providing for their future generations.

No, a FAVOR by definition, requires no remuneration, no exchange, no contract. Zelensky's inaction is proof that he understood that.

President 'Trump does not need any help from Ukraine to beat Biden. He is a horrible candidate. And it's been public knowledge for years that he sold access to the presidency via payments to his son.

Constitutionally, the House can send articles of impeachment accusing Trump of wearing the wrong color tie.

Constitutionally, Republicans can give a summary judgment declaring them DOA—and forgo a trial. Or they can simply hold the vote the minute they arrive so this can be settled and congress can get back to doing something constructive.

Democrats are doing this in defiance of the spirit of the constitution. And, they know it. The minute they hold the vote and send the articles over, they destine themselves to be subject to same treatment the next time republicans control the House.

All Republicans will have to do is borrow Democrat argument: yes, we know strictly partisan impeachment votes shouldn’t occur because it’s a threat to democracy, but this president represents ‘a special case’; therefore, we have no choice but to send articles to the Senate with no democrat votes and even a few defectors from our own party.

There’s an election in less than a year. Is it really worth it?

I'm not going to speculate on Nixon's "assured" foreknowledge of a defeat of the DNC.

Asking for a FAVOR is not extortion.

However, admitting to withholding a billion dollars if a prosecutor is not fired, IS.
