I agree with that. In the meantime build more refineries in this country to process the oil we have and cannot use. That is what we sell to other countries. Nuclear energy is good choice also in the interim.

More refineries are a key part of energy independence.

Sounds great on paper. In reality, no one would ever agree on the borders, and it would just mean more war.

What was accomplished is that Iran now knows that when Americans are murdered and threatened by these Iranian terrorists, there will be consequences.

Obama is gone and when America is engaged, we will respond.

The only feeble, unpatriotic response by the left is, well, if we respond to these Iranians terrorists who are murdering our people, they will continue to...murder our people.

My own take is the mullahs—and radical Islamists in general, talk a big game but they can be backed down pretty easily.

For example, the Iranian Islamists viewed Carter as a pushover [because he was] but they released the hostages on the day Reagan was inaugurated because they perceived Reagan to be ‘trouble’ lol. Saddam’s talk of ‘mother of all wars’ was pure bluster.

So there’s ample precedent that the mullahs are back on their heels—and looking for a way out, regardless of what they say.
