Perhaps you can show me where the Constitution says "IRS".
Or where the US Constitution says US Air Force.
Perhaps you can show me where the Constitution says "IRS".
They did create it but they aren't the same body.
Where does Congress have the delegated power to create agencies for which no direct wording exists?
There's a difference between creation and being what you created. Dr. Frankenstein is not Frankenstein.
Or where the US Constitution says US Air Force.
Congress is not Dr. Frankenstein or his monster.
Quite true. It doesn't say 'Federal Aviation Administration' or 'Federal Communications Commission' either, yet both are constitutional in their creation. Congress is allowed to set standards for things like what frequencies are used for what service, what altitudes aircraft fly at when heading certain directions, screw thread pitch, etc.
It doesn't say 'Patent office' either, even though Congress was specifically directed to protect innovation through the use of patents. Nor does it say U.S. Mint, even though Congress is specifically given the authority to set the value of coin against silver and gold.
Don't see where it says 'CIA' or 'FBI' either, even though Congress is specifically charged with protecting the United States, or U.S. Border Patrol, even though Congress is specifically charged with protecting the borders of our country (part of that guarantee of a republican form of government thing).
The didn't delegate power. The IRS was created by Congress. It is owned by Congress.
Or where the US Constitution says US Air Force.
Not all the homeless are mentally ill but there is a fair number of them. I thought this interesting why there could have been less homeless on the street way back when. They were living in hospitals.
""Deinstitutionalization of the mentally ill has roots in the civil rights and civil liberties movements of the 1960s, which envisioned more fulfilling lives for those who had been languishing in understaffed psychiatric hospitals through new medications and robust community-based services. The number of patients living in state hospitals dropped from 535,000 in 1960 to 137,000 in 1980.""

Looks to me like Congress should get busy since they were the ones given the authority to do those things. Why do they pass off their responsibilities to someone else.
I see you can't answer the question although I believe you think you did.
Try again, troll.
They didn't.

What about 'em?How about food stamps, WIC, social welfare, healthcare, marriage, etc.
Never made that argument. You are hallucinating again.Since you argument is that the Air Force shouldn't exist because the Constitution doesn't have those words, let's get rid of all these things.
Never made that argument either. What's your next argument, gun ownership isn't a right protected by the Constitution?
Congress isn't the IRS. It's a separate entity.
You didn't answer the question and went into your cowardly fallacy claims.
What about 'em?
Never made that argument. You are hallucinating again.
Never made that argument either.

Wasn't responding to you. You have a tendency to think because it's an open forum, when someone responds it's to you.
Get a clue, idiot.
Typical diversion when you know you've been made to look like a fool.
