The wall made the Left (Media) recognize a fetus in the womb as...a child!
Who would have thought it.
She was 8 month pregnant. By law, the "fetus" was a baby.

Amazing how a pregnant foreign hispanic is so determined to enter such a racist, white-privileged society, to be oppressed, that she tries to scale a 30 foot wall, only to pay with her life.
It must be very lucrative to be oppressed.
An unborn baby is a baby.....do you have children? When did you "recognize" them? It's simple...I go by medical science and Roe v. Wade. Both say 26 weeks. BTW, Roe v. Wade was a conservative majority decision.
I would agree with lowering the number of weeks if the medical science advances.

Not under 26 weeks.
Of course they are...see my question to you....Not under 26 weeks.
We do not know the background. For all we know, she could have been between a rock and a hard wall.
What difference does her background make when it comes to trying to sneak into the country?
When her mother was pregnant with her? Yes she would have been considered a person.
Of course they are...see my question to you....

Not according to your 26 week standard.
Big difference. When your wife's life is in danger, what will she do?
She was 8 month pregnant. That's way beyond 26 weeks.
So if you were to lose a child at 24 weeks, it would not be a real loss?
No, my mother in law wasn't 8 months pregnant when my wife was born.
That's you trying to justify breaking the law.
