In the 911 call, they claimed that they saw him in a structure that is under construction. When asked if they saw him 'break in', they said that he didn't, because the place is wide open.


They probably wanted to check his pockets for 2x4s

Just read that he's going to be investigated. He's a neighbor of the murderers. If he's complicit, then I'm not sure why he didn't destroy the video?

The answer is 'The Good Old Boys Club'. They were buddies with the DA. They got cocky. And someone leaked the video. Oops.

A defense attorney leaked the video.

IMO the video helps the defense far more than it will the prosecution. It seems that two DAs who saw it before the public did thought so, too.

BTW, one of the DAs is a woman.

Look at the video again. The younger lunk was standing in front of the driver side door until he saw Arbery swerve to go around the passenger side. The the lunk goes away from the door and toward the front of the vehicle. Then the first gunshot is heard before we see Arbery coming at the lunk so that means the gun was pointed and ready to fire. It's clear that Arbery wasn't the aggressor in the confrontation, if it wasn't already evident. There a slow motion version of the video on YouTube at 33% speed.
