No, banana boy, it is not relevant, and I have no idea whether it's even true. But again, it doesn't matter. The story told by the two murderers and their accomplice are contradicted by the video tape. The redneck murderers will have their day in court. Until that happens, nothing you say will change the facts.

We're all speculating but the usual suspects jumped to the conclusion that he was guilty of something. Screw the presumption of innocence in this case, huh.

Maybe he was hassled before by rednecks like the McMichaels and figured he'd just jog on by and ignore them. :D

The presumption of innocence is a legal right of the accused in a criminal trial. It does not remove suspicion or supersede probable cause.

SAVANNAH, Ga. -- The Georgia man who filmed cellphone video of Ahmaud Arbery's fatal shooting was arrested Thursday and charged with murder in his death.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said 50-year-old William "Roddie" Bryan was arrested on charges of felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.

Arbery was slain Feb. 23 after a white father and son armed themselves and pursued him after spotting the 25-year-old black man running in their neighborhood. More than two months passed before authorities arrested Gregory McMichael and his son, Travis McMichael, on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault.

Bryan lives in the same subdivision, and the video he took from the cab of his vehicle helped stir a national outcry when it leaked online. Bryan's attorney, Kevin Gough, did not immediately return a phone message.

Attorneys representing Arbery's released the following statement after Bryan's arrest:

"The family of Ahmaud Arbery was relieved to learn that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has today taken William 'Roddie' Bryan into custody. We called for his arrest from the very beginning of this process. His involvement in the murder of Mr. Arbery was obvious to us, to many around the country and after their thorough investigation, it was clear to the GBI as well.

"The family of Mr. Arbery is thankful for the diligence of the GBI and they way in which they tirelessly pursued the evidence in this case. We want anyone who participated in the murder of Mr. Arbery to be held accountable."

There were three guys against one . Three could've easily subdued this thief (I've no doubt he was). One could've carried a hand gun "just in case". Plain stupid of these rednecks. They got themselves in more trouble than they bargained for.
Use common sense. Who the eff ever goes out and comes home having taken a life , especially over simple burglary?

If you look at this picture from the camera footage it sure looks like he is wearing construction type boots to me. Who the hell goes jogging in boots or maybe high tops loose? Shorts appear to be a type of khaki shorts with a belt, possibly. But, these are not running shorts

Jogging 12 miles from home that means he's running a marathon in boots and doesn't have any water w/ him

He was not wearing boots. He was wearing white running shoes as the video of him looking in the house showed clearly.
