Serious question here: If Floyd died from neck compression as claimed.....

It seems you have no grasp of any facts.
Floyd wasn't being arrested for robbery.
Yes he was.
The various videos show him to not be resisting arrest.
He resisted arrest.
He was in handcuffs and was actually in the police car before they pulled him out again.
He was never in the car.
The back doors on a squad car do not open from the inside. He was placed in the car on the drivers side. He was pulled out of the passenger side which means the officers opened the door to pull him out when he was already in the car.
He was never in the car.
Floyd was saying he couldn't breath yet the officers didn't do anything to help him.
He could breathe. He was talking.
Bystanders informed the police he was no longer moving minutes before they got off him so they can't say the weren't aware of his medical issues.
It's kinda hard to move when your head is pinned to the ground.
Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd's neck for over a minute after the paramedics arrived.
To protect the paramedics.
We haven't yet seen the officers body cam videos but prosecutors have and they felt there was enough there to charge Chauvin this early in the investigation. The County Attorney stated it normally takes 4-6 months to reach the point of charging someone with this crime. That means the evidence is pretty overwhelming to charge this early.
Nope. Takes about 2 minutes to fill out the paperwork.
The 3rd degree murder charge is for depraved indifference causing the death.
The jury will decide that. Not you.
The fact that they held him down when he asked for medical assistance and after they were informed he was not moving is clear evidence of that depraved indifference. They can hardly argue they feared for their lives. Whether Floyd would have died if they had let him up 4 minutes earlier we will never know but their failure to help him is pretty damning even if he died from a heart attack.
Floyd was known to be violent (he had a criminal history of assault and robber, you see). He could talk. That means he could breathe.

Nonsense, you can see by him lifting the other knee he was attempting to apply even more pressure on an handcuffed and restrained suspect who committed a non-violent crime.

I do know, the guy wasn't trying to get up, I know what he was doing with his knee, intimately.

Robbery is a violent crime. So is assault. Floyd had a record of both.

He was trying to choke him out. Why did he drag him out of the car in front of all those people?

Once people were saying "he's out" he needed to let go, he didn't for several minutes, that's when it became manslaughter.

How long do you think it would be appropriate for me to cut off the blood to your brain for while you were handcuffed and not resisting?

2 mins? 5 mins? 10?

How long do you think it would be appropriate for me to choke you out with my knee for while handcuffed?

He was never in the car.

No it means I can tell when someone is trying to murder another person.

Things we say to people online we'd never say in real life for 500.... hahahahhaha

you must be afraid you are gay or something. I am comfortable with my sexuality that I don't think about other mens junk when doing jits. that's gay man. I respect and support your lifestyle choices, but damn man.

No, it does not. You are not an expert.

Oh, drugs? yeah kneeling on a person's neck for 9 minutes is just peachy. We went from heart trouble to drugs. But the fact remains, Chauvin, killed him. He was alive before he started abusing him.

Floyd resisted arrest. He was a known robber and known to be violent. They had a right to 'abuse him'.

He was a walking talking human being before the cops, and especially Chauvin abused him. That is a fact. Almost 9 minutes. Why was he doing that? Floyd never resisted. This is what cops do. This is fact. I am pointing out who is at fault for this whole fiasco. I have no agenda.

Floyd resisted arrest.

Robbery is a violent crime. So is assault. Floyd had a record of both.

Chauvin had a record like that including murder. He was written up many times. he was a violent beater of civilians he arrested.
The choke hold he used is not permitted.
he was put on leave in 2011 for shooting a person.
in 2008 shot an unarmed black man.
He was part of the officer group that pumped 42 bullets into Reyes
he has received 12 brutality complaints.
He is one of the bad apples. a very bad one.

Yes we do know the facts.
No, you don't.
We have an independent coroners report.
Medical examiner. Coroners work for the government. The medical examiner was not independent. He was paid for by Floyd's family.
If I were to go by the video, I would acquit the officer. Floyd was talking the whole time. He could breathe. The claimed method of murder is not possible.
Oh, wait, then there are those pesky videotapes.
Going by that, I would acquit the officer.
And of course, there is that murder charge.
A charge is not conviction.
This guy will have his day in court, but to suggest there isn't probable cause to charge him is laughable.
A death took place of a prisoner in the officer's charge. That is sufficient to charge him right there.

The cop was trying to get him to pass out and was too ignorant to realize to let go. police around the nation called it out as did the police union, this behavior does not represent most cops and they are appalled.

you should be too.

You don't get to speak for 'most cops'. You only get to speak for you.

Yes there is. I don't think you want to find out what.

Not in the least. Martial arts is discipline, balance and focus. It isn't about being a 'badass'. BJJ is more useful if you get in a street brawl. Not many fights stay upright for more than a few seconds. I mentioned it because of your homophobic viewpoint on it.

Your 'martial arts' is a sham.

Phony? come take my class, first lesson free.

let me know the next time you are in NYC... ;)

I said nothing about toughness. I am speaking of experience. if my jits scares you, fear not, you are on the internet. your mouth can always write checks you'll never have to cash. ;)

You mean like you are doing right now, gay dude wallower?

When the guy is moving his knee around his neck he's hunting for the artery. how do I know? because I train this. the difference is, the person once the submission is in will tap and the person doing it stops instantly, that's how we prevent things like murdering from happening in our school. ;)

then again the technique is SO fucking brutal, you would be a dick to use it rolling. competition it's on tho.

Come on down, I'll demonstrate.
