Plenty. But the DOJ under the racists and bigots of the Holder era refused to prosecute even when local prosecutors did. The DOJ singled out the one case where a White was involved for federal prosecution.

Well I think you should be publicly shamed for that, but it should still be legal. The government shouldn't force you to do business with anyone.

But this isn't about speech, anyway. We already have bipartisan laws that say you can't discriminate based on sexuality, gender, race, age, and so on when it comes to business. I think the laws should be changed, but it's a totally different issue from speech.

I do not know the evidence needed. I have no reason as to why this instance was not prosecuted as a hate crime.

I only know why the young man in Texas was prosecuted.
