I've had enough, take your stupidity and silly games elsewhere.
Translation: I give up.
Of course you do!
I've had enough, take your stupidity and silly games elsewhere.
I'd say they are in contempt of their state constitution. They should be immediately removed.
No shots were fired. There were no injuries. No crime was committed.
Should never get to a jury,,,and the DA should be charged
Brandishing is a crime in most states.
Most intelligent gun owners know that you don't pull a gun unless you intend to use it and if you use it, shoot to kill. Patricia clearly brandished her pistol by aiming it at the crowd. The way she was holding it, it's a good thing it was misassembled because she could be facing murder charges.
Fuck off. Don't reply to me again.
Carrying a rifle is not brandishing. From the pictures I've seen, Mark wasn't brandishing his AR-15 but Patricia certainly was brandishing her .380.
Lastly, States Rights. It amazes me how many Neo-Nazi/Alt-Right/Incels hate States Rights. Stone Mountain is in Georgia. St. Louis is in Missouri. Apples and Oranges.
A .380 with no firing pin.
McCloskey’s Gun Didn’t Work So A Prosecutor Ordered It Reassembled And Then Declared It Lethal
The gun Patricia McCloskey waved at protesters was inoperable when it arrived at the St. Louis police crime lab, but a member of Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s staff ordered crime lab experts to disassemble and reassemble it and wrote that it was “readily capable of lethal use” in charging documents filed Monday, 5 On Your Side has learned.
In Missouri, police and prosecutors must prove that a weapon is “readily” capable of lethal use when it is used in the type of crime with which the McCloskeys have been charged.
Assistant Circuit Attorney Chris Hinckley ordered crime lab staff members to field strip the handgun and found it had been assembled incorrectly. Specifically, the firing pin spring was put in front of the firing pin, which was backward, and made the gun incapable of firing, according to documents obtained by 5 On Your Side.

It should be grounds for dismissing the charges BEFORE it ever gets to trial! And bring the DA, assistant Circuit Atty, and the head of the lab up on tampering with evidence charges NOW.
self defense is allowed
self defense is allowed
your point that brandishing a non working gun is stupid is correct
Scroll up.
Now tell me you wouldn't shoot a person who pulled a gun on you and threatened to shoot regardless if the gun had a firing pin in it or not.
LOL. How is it tampering with evidence if everyone knows what they did?![]()
So you agree the charges against the McCloskey's are bullshit?.....or do you have a typically Democrat double-standard?
there was no self defense involved. You are confusing self defense with rabid hysteria, they are different
It depends upon the state. Brandishing is illegal in most states, including Missouri and Texas. So the intent to scare of intruders is the problem? Just trying to be clear. I can understand brandishing a gun to commit a crime being illegal, but to use a weapon to defend oneself with an inoperable weapon as a ruse is an entirely different scenario.
What's your thoughts on my point about the scenarios being opposite situations?
If they did it before the public knew about it and with the intention of concealing the fact that it had originally been inoperable before they ordered the police crime lab to alter it, that is obviously tampering with evidence and whoever ordered it done should be held accountable.
