Biden has been vetting a VP for months. He has 4 black women in the mix. Do you think he will pick the darkest one? How exactly does color fit in? There are some accomplished and highly tregatrded women on Biden's list.

There are three primary contenders and each shows how deep the fractures are in the democrat party right now. Everyone knows that Biden is mentally incapable of running the show so this will be one of the most powerful VPs in a generation. Each VP candidate represents three distinct camps in the democrat party

Kamala Harris is of the Clinton wing
Karen Bass is of the Bernie wing
Susan Rice is of the Obama wing

Each has their own reasons for pushing their particular candidate. The infighting has to be furious. Biden is still pissed about the way Harris treated him during the primary.

Neither one gives him any real advantage other than to try to throw a bone to black voters as a wink and nod that they will get their next black President when Biden is deemed incapable of serving.

I didn't think it possible of the democrat party, but they actually nominated an even weaker candidate than Crooked Hillary
