Biden has already agreed to the debates. He sent a letter to the debate commission in June stating he accepted the debate schedule.

Arbitrarily choosing which is an 'essential business' is unconstitutional.
Define 'climate change'. The Church of Global Warming has long used this buzzword and never defined it.

I didn't see Wallace but that's a likely comment. He's a straight shooter. The morning news talking heads on Fox danced around the mental issue and mostly attacked Biden's aspirations in the speech and his Congressional record.
