Agreed there. In fact I'll add that attacking anyone is idiotic. Self-defense is obviously justified at anytime, but the response has to be reasonable. This was a fluid situation and I'm not going to prejudge anything which is why it's best left to the courts. Where I've commented is against those who are prejudging this case such as you, Legion, CFM and others have done. Is that the system the Navy stands for, Senior Chief? Prejudging the deaths and wounding of Americans?

Obviously there are self-defense elements, but there are a lot of issues here. I doubt poor little Kyle's life will ever be the same...and not in a good way.

Cheong has not been shot. Where ever in the world he is hiding, he is very much alive. I don't know if Cheong has a record or not, but if he does it is in a foreign country.

What, specifically, are the lies that caught your attention the most? I'm genuinely curious since most of what has been posted on this forum is a lot of conjecture, half truths and a shitpot full of opinions. I didn't see the Senior Chief lie, but confess I haven't read all the posts here due to the massive bullshit factor on this thread. :)
