Testing and finding asymptomatic cases, which you admit are frequent, is not a spike in COVID cases since they really don't count. It's people who actively have symptoms that matter here. Since even among those, Something like 99% will recover, that too isn't a problem.

I'm saying he put sick patients with COVID in nursing homes with people were didn't have the disease and as a result caught the disease and because of their vulnerability to it died. That isn't segregating vulnerable populations from the disease, that's spreading it to vulnerable populations.
