Because he's got nothing even worth spending the court costs against. We won, so lets just get in there and than let the legal system kick his ass when he isn't protected by being president.

Haven’t ruled it out, but it would play right into Trump’s hand, the longer this drags on it keeps him on the news, keeps him relevant, which is his ultimate aim. Having weeks of litigation with partisan advocates duking it out on cable infotainment is right up his alley

I think the republican party is now 2 parties. Trump supporters aren't republicans they are trumplicans. They say 70% of republicans think trump was cheated, that 70% are trumplicans, the other 30% that know he was beaten are the republicans. Problem is, that 30% isn't going to win any elections unless they play along or the Trumplicans won't vote for them. They have to keep sucking his dick if they want to keep their job.
