In the United States, the current doctrine is that a person cannot bring a suit challenging the constitutionality of a law unless they can demonstrate that they are or will "imminently" be harmed by the law. Otherwise, the court will rule that the plaintiff "lacks standing" to bring the suit, and will dismiss the case without considering the merits of the claim of unconstitutionality.
Article III Clause 1 of Section 2 authorizes the federal courts to hear actual cases and controversies only. Their judicial power does not extend to cases which are hypothetical, or which are proscribed due to standing, mootness, or ripeness issues.

I looked at several of those suits and they didn't include evidence, only some claims and affidavits that had no real evidence. Lack of standing is not crap. If you cannot show you will be harmed by some action you can't sue.
Some said any illegal votes would not have changed the election outcome. If you want to see why the courts rejected most cases see the lawsuits filed by the states in reply explaining any claims of fraud.
You can easily refute some of those claims yourself with five minutes of research.
