Yeah, I saw that this morning and I'm glad. The justice department is knockin these people down left and right for what ever the law will allow and that's a good thing, because they will forever have records which will be tied to the insurrection and they will be watched for the rest of their lives. The big charges are going to come for the Oath Keepers and Prod Boys. The far right-wing is done in this country; we've had enough of them.

I never denied that I attacked your racist statements as racist. Of course I did. Yes, I am an american ex-pat living in costa rica, I've mentioned this several times. And no, I am not defending the attack on the police officer, I think his killers should face extreme justice. that does not change the incorrect comments regarding "bear spray" as being bad for your health.

If anyone needs to provide evidence, it's you on your double standard. I support arresting all criminals and meting out the justice they deserve.
It's a cascade effect. Arrest one and get them to flip on 3 more. Get those 3 to flip and net another 9 while the FBI works their way up the chain of command to nail those responsible for planning and funding this event.
Agreed. That said, justice will be meted out on a case by case basis to each of the Insurrectionists. Some will face harsher sentences than others based upon their actual actions and crimes.
Seeing people like Darth, volsrock and others defending attacking and killing police is an interesting revelation, but, in the end, it's up to the courts to mete out justice.

If politifact or anyone else wants to make *the positive assertion* that it was an armed insurrection it’s up to them to support the claim by showing evidence of firearms within the building because that it where the alleged insurrection occurred.
Failing that, they can try and drive the insurrection narrative but with conceding the fact there weren’t any firearms found on the perps. And be forthright about it, instead of gaslighting people.
