Our Country Club is about to revoke memberships

Don't take this the wrong way, but you may just be the stupidest (alleged) lawyer I've ever encountered. And I know a LOT of lawyers.

Please don't entertain **Brad's fantasies.

BTW, a private club can do as it likes, providing they don't discriminate illegally, as long as they don't open their facilities to non-members (for example, wedding receptions, etc.), which would render them liable under public accommodations laws.

I can fly in my dreams! :)

And any CC that actually tried this would have their ass handed to them in court.

Never read it and neither have you but if it does not mention lack of vaccine as a reason for termination of membership the club may be on shaky grounds.

So a Contract must mention lack of a vaccine specifically for a club to be allowed to expel members? Interesting, they did not cover that in Contracts.

Then do you believe those that say it's only Rep's who are refusing it? So you are calling me a liar?

I don't accept the word of anyone who offers anecdotal accounts without verifiable corroboration. If that offends you, a little self-examination may be in order.
