What would the lawsuit be based on?
Don't take this the wrong way, but you may just be the stupidest (alleged) lawyer I've ever encountered.
And I know a LOT of lawyers.
What would the lawsuit be based on?
Breech of contract.
Anecdotal.

Still a fact. Not all vaccine refuse's are Rep.
So you say. Anecdotal accounts offered without verifiable corroboration are moot.
Yes. I say. Are you calling me a liar?
Never read it and neither have you but if it does not mention lack of vaccine as a reason for termination of membership the club may be on shaky grounds. What portion of the contract do you imagine is being breached?
Please don't entertain **Brad's fantasies.
BTW, a private club can do as it likes, providing they don't discriminate illegally, as long as they don't open their facilities to non-members (for example, wedding receptions, etc.), which would render them liable under public accommodations laws.

Any CC that actually tried this would have their ass handed to them in court.

The envy you have for me could not be more obvious . Honestly,....I cant say I blame you.
I don't think so.
Based on your avatar, you couldn't scramble together an ensemble to meet the dress code.
I am not. I am telling you that anecdotal accounts offered without verifiable corroboration are moot.
I know so.
You apparently missed a lot in your second rate education. So a Contract must mention lack of a vaccine specifically for a club to be allowed to expel members? Interesting, they did not cover that in Contracts.

Then do you believe those that say it's only Rep's who are refusing it? So you are calling me a liar?
