How does this academic still have a license?

Then we leave her to stew in her own crazy juices... I guess this is the kind of crazy you get when you get a PhD in psychology from a university where all your professors were radical Leftist nutjobs. I mean, you have to study hard and long to be as stupid crazy as she is...

Poe's law strikes again.

A problem of our modern era no doubt.

Yep. People have said things so crazy like you just did it's hard to know if they're serious or not.

Yes, I know what Poe's law is. But if the humor is too blatant it loses some of its value.

I took the above comment from one I use off and on. You can't find that level of stupidity in nature, it kills itself off. You have to go to a major university and study for years to become that stupid and survive.

LOL. Good quote. It's actually true for many colleges.

Do you really think Yale would do the same if someone with equally radical Right wing values had said that stuff during a lecture?

I don't know if they would. Have they done so before like the Berkeley(?) idiots who shut down opposing opinions?

IMO, shutting down different ideas, especially opposing ones, is antithetical to American ideals. For it to be done on our nation's universities is contrary to the ideals of liberalism as established by our Founders.

You keep pushing the genetic fallacy. Unlike you, I generally think CNN, MSNBC, The Daily Beast, TYT, The Atlantic, Vox, the NYT, and WaPo are all less than credible sources. I don't dismiss them however on the basis of who they are. I dismiss them on the content of what is being presented. That's the difference. You can't tell us why these sources are wrong other than that they are the wrong sources, and that's why your argument fails completely.
LOL. You quoted Wa. Times, a propaganda rag. Then you asked a question based on your limited knowledge of the subject, because your propaganda rag never gave you the info you needed in order to appear informed.

Ah I see what you did there. :D The law of unintended consequences.

Our nation's elected leaders are required to act in the best interests of the nation as part of their sworn duty to the Constitution. Nothing wrong with quid pro quo as long is it fulfills or betters those national interests. Political compromise involves a lot of quid pro quo. States, through their Senators and Representatives, "horse trade" with each other in an effort to help both their state and the nation as a whole.

When a fucking scumbag Senator or Representative is found to be crooked and is abusing their office for personal gain, they often end up on jail. This should apply to Presidents too.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_American_federal_politicians_convicted_of_crimes
This list consists of American politicians convicted of crimes either committed or prosecuted while holding office in the federal government. It includes politicians who were convicted or pleaded guilty in a court of law; and does not include politicians involved in unprosecuted scandals (which may or may not have been illegal in nature), or politicians who have only been arrested or indicted. The list also does not include crimes that occur outside the politician's tenure unless they specifically stem from acts while they were in office. It does not include convictions which were vacated (e.g. Ted Stevens (R)).

Although the convicted politicians are arranged by presidential terms in chronological order, many of the crimes have little or no connection to who is president. Since the passage of 20th Amendment on January 23, 1933, presidential terms have begun on January 20 of the year following the presidential election; prior to that, they began on March 4.
